These Terms of Service govern your use of Ryzo Sheets, operated by getryzo. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Ryzo Sheets is a mobile-first spreadsheet application. We offer a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Features available on each tier are described in the app and on our website.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Ryzo Sheets. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
You agree not to use Ryzo Sheets to:
You own all data you create in Ryzo Sheets. We do not claim any ownership over your spreadsheet data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data. We recommend exporting your sheets regularly via CSV or Excel export.
The free tier includes up to 5 sheets with unlimited rows and columns. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits with reasonable notice. Existing free tier users will be given at least 30 days notice of any reduction in limits.
The Pro tier is billed at $5.99 USD per month or $59 USD per year for international customers, and ₹99 per month or ₹990 per year in India. A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers; billing begins on day 15. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
Payments for international customers are processed by Paddle, and payments in India are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you also agree to the applicable payment processor's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
We aim to keep Ryzo Sheets available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
You may stop using Ryzo Sheets at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export it.
Ryzo Sheets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, getryzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of data.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
