Ryzo Sheets is built by getryzo. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Who We Are

getryzo operates Ryzo Sheets, a mobile-first spreadsheet application available at getryzo.com. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at feedback@getryzo.com.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account information — your email address and Google account name when you sign in with Google OAuth.
• Sheet data — the spreadsheets, columns, rows, and cell values you create. This data is stored in your account and synced to our servers.
• Usage data — basic anonymous usage information such as app errors and performance metrics to help us improve the product.
• Payment information — if you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled by Paddle (international) or Razorpay (India). We do not store your card details. We only store your subscription status.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and sync your spreadsheet data across devices
• To authenticate you securely via Google OAuth
• To manage your subscription and provide Pro features
• To respond to feedback you send us
• To improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the Asia Pacific (Tokyo) region. We use Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables — your data is only accessible to you. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (Supabase for database, Paddle and Razorpay for payments, Vercel for hosting).

5. Google OAuth

We use Google OAuth solely for authentication. We access only your email address and name. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google services.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

Ryzo Sheets stores your session and app preferences in your browser's local storage and IndexedDB. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Export your data at any time via CSV or Excel export
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time by signing out and deleting your account

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Sheets in the Bin are permanently deleted after 30 days. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Ryzo Sheets is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
